Assistant Ward Clerk – Finance
Responsibilities
Works under the direction of the bishopric and ward clerk and fulfills responsibilities assigned by the bishop and ward clerk as outlined below:
Record-keeping
- Prepare, record and deposit any funds received
- Make sure financial obligations are paid promptly
- Prepare annual ward budget
- Reconcile accounts
- Prepare and organize records for tithing settlement
Review ward records and reports
- Provide instruction on record-keeping responsibilities
Knowledgeable of audit procedures and reports

Meetings
Bishopric meeting, Ward PEC, Ward Council, all other meetings as assigned by bishop.
